7. Returns & Refunds
Customers have 30 days from receipt of their order to request a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service. After this window, orders will be processed and shipped as scheduled.
