Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be approved.

2. Return Item Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items must be free from stains, damage, or signs of wear. Clearance sales, personalized, and customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Return Shipping Cost

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost. After submitting your return request, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you.

If you wish to return items due to personal preference, incorrect size, or change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Additionally, a return processing fee of $3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged & Lost Package Compensation

If your package is lost or severely damaged in transit, please contact us at LoriFlores814@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged outer box and items. We will offer free reshipment or a full refund without requiring the return of damaged goods.

6. Return Procedure

  1. Submit a return request via email to LoriFlores814@gmail.com.
  2. Wait for approval and return shipping instructions, including the return address label if applicable.
  3. Ship the package back and provide the tracking number through our website.
  4. After inspection, we will arrange your refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this window, we may have already started processing your order, and cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us immediately at LoriFlores814@gmail.com if you wish to cancel.

8. Shipping Time & Fees

Processing time for your order is typically 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
