Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed during peak holiday periods may experience slight delays, and customers will be notified via their registered email.

2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order details and displayed at checkout before purchase confirmation.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping charges.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation

Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned items.
Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order; after that, cancellation may not be possible due to order processing procedures.

6. Shipment Tracking & Delays

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You may use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

If delivery is delayed beyond 15 business days due to lost packages, warehouse shortages, or carrier issues, please contact our customer service at LoriFlores814@gmail.com. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Shipping Liability

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers. Please ensure that all shipping details are complete and accurate when placing your order.
